Shipping Policy
Everything you need to know about how we deliver your orders across Pakistan.
Courier Partners
We ship all orders via TCS and Leopards Courier — Pakistan's most trusted delivery networks. You will receive a tracking number via SMS and email once your order is dispatched.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of placement (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders placed after 5 PM on Saturday are processed on Monday.
Delivery Times
Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 1–2 business days. Other cities and rural areas: 2–4 business days. Remote areas of Balochistan and Gilgit-Baltistan may take up to 5 business days.
Shipping Charges
A flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 is applied to all orders. Shipping is completely FREE on orders above Rs. 3,000. The shipping fee is calculated at checkout and is non-refundable for refused deliveries.
Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact us with your order number. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable after 2 attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse and a re-shipping fee may apply.
